01Who We Are
Game Slots is an online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated specifically for players based in Pakistan. Our platform — accessible at gameslots.onl — offers cricket betting, football betting, sports betting, poker, crash games, jackpot slots and a range of casino games, all denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
When these Terms and Conditions refer to "Game Slots," "we," "us" or "our," they refer to the operator of the gameslots.onl platform and all services delivered through it. When they refer to "you," "the player" or "the user," they refer to any individual who has registered, is attempting to register, or is otherwise accessing the Game Slots platform.
Important: These Terms and Conditions apply to all services on Game Slots — sports betting, casino games, poker, bonuses and promotional offers. They form the complete agreement between you and Game Slots. Please read every section before using the platform.
02Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an account on Game Slots you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

03Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)
When registering for a Game Slots account, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your date of birth, your mobile number and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure.
As part of our obligations under anti-money laundering (AML) best practice and responsible gaming standards, Game Slots conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:
- A clear photograph of your CNIC (both sides)
- Proof of your registered mobile number (screenshot of mobile wallet registration)
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement or similar, dated within 90 days)
- Source of funds documentation if requested for large withdrawals
Game Slots will process KYC documents within 48 hours under normal circumstances. Withdrawals above a certain threshold — currently Rs 50,000 in a single transaction — may be subject to additional verification before processing. 04Deposits & Withdrawals

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit unless you request otherwise and provide supporting documentation. Game Slots reserves the right to verify the source of funds before processing withdrawals of Rs 50,000 or above in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 or above within a 30-day rolling period. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
Bonus Balances: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus wagering requirements (detailed in Section 6) must be completed before any portion of bonus-converted winnings becomes eligible for withdrawal. Your real-money balance and bonus balance are clearly displayed separately in your account.
05Betting Rules
The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and event wagering on Game Slots. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant event listings and form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum single bet stake is Rs 200. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, league, event and market type, and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement. Game Slots reserves the right to adjust maximum stake limits for individual accounts based on betting patterns, without prior notice.
Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you have received a written confirmation in your bet slip and bet history. Bets placed during a system error, during a market suspension, or at clearly incorrect odds due to a pricing error are void and stakes will be returned. Game Slots reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous — typically defined as odds more than 20% outside the prevailing market price at the time of placement.
Cancelled and Abandoned Events: If a match is cancelled before its scheduled start, all pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after starting but before reaching the required minimum play period for that sport, bets generally stand only if the official governing body declares a result. Each sport's minimum play requirements are detailed in the sport-specific rules within the relevant betting market.
In-Play (Live) Betting: In-play bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. Markets may be suspended at any time during live play. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided. Game Slots cannot be held responsible for latency issues between the live event and the platform that may affect the timing of in-play bet placement.
Cash Out: The Cash Out feature is available on selected pre-match and live markets. The Cash Out value is calculated by Game Slots at the moment of Cash Out request and may differ from expectations based on current market conditions. Cash Out requests are not guaranteed and may not be available at times of high market activity or during match stoppages. A successfully accepted Cash Out is final and cannot be reversed.
Prohibited Practices: Arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, using automated systems or bots to place bets, and any form of collusion are strictly prohibited on Game Slots. Accounts found engaging in these practices will be closed immediately and any winnings may be voided.
06Bonus & Promotions
Game Slots offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including qualifying period, minimum deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games and expiry date — which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one eligible account per household, per device and per IP address.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new accounts only. Existing players who create new accounts to claim a welcome bonus are in breach of these Terms.
- Standard wagering requirement is 10x the combined deposit and bonus amount at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection, unless stated otherwise on the promotion page.
- Wagering contributions vary by product: sports betting contributes 100%, casino slots contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and poker contributes 5% toward wagering requirements.
- Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
- Game Slots reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already received and activated a bonus under a promotion's stated terms will not be adversely affected by such changes in respect of that specific bonus.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash without completing wagering requirements.
The Accumulator Insurance promotion — which refunds a free bet when exactly one leg of a 5-fold or larger accumulator fails — is subject to its own promotion-specific terms. The free bet credit expires 7 days after issue and carries a 1x wagering requirement at minimum odds 1.50.
07Casino Games, Jackpot Slots & Poker
Game Slots provides a range of casino-style games including jackpot slots, crash games and poker tables alongside its sports betting offering. The following terms apply specifically to casino and gaming products:
Random Number Generation: All casino games on Game Slots use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. The randomness and fairness of outcomes is verified by independent third-party testing. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed within each game's information panel. Game Slots does not manipulate game outcomes.
Jackpot Slots: Progressive jackpot amounts shown are indicative and update in real time. Jackpot winnings above Rs 500,000 may be paid in instalments as detailed in the relevant game's specific terms. Jackpot wins triggered by bets placed using bonus funds will be paid in full in real money once applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
Crash Games: Crash games involve real-time multiplier mechanics. The game round outcome is determined by a provably fair algorithm. Players must manually cash out before the crash event; failure to cash out results in the stake being lost for that round. Game Slots cannot be held responsible for connectivity issues that prevent a cash-out during a crash game round.
Poker: Poker games on Game Slots are player-versus-player. Game Slots acts as the platform operator and charges a rake (commission) as stated in the poker lobby. Collusion between poker players is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of funds.
08Responsible Gaming
Game Slots takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe that betting and gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we are committed to providing tools that help our players stay in control. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders at no charge and with immediate effect upon activation:

09Account Suspension & Closure
Game Slots reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances will typically result in immediate suspension or permanent closure:
- Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity or payment information during registration or KYC
- Operating more than one Game Slots account
- Being under the age of 18 at the time of registration
- Engaging in arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, matched betting using promotional offers, or any form of systematic exploitation of pricing errors
- Using automated scripts, bots or third-party software to interact with the platform
- Engaging in fraudulent payment activities including chargebacks, disputed deposits or use of stolen payment credentials
- Violating any other condition of these Terms and Conditions
Upon closure of an account for any of the above reasons, Game Slots will complete a review of the account's betting and payment history. Funds derived from legitimate deposits not subject to active bonus conditions will generally be returned. Winnings derived from prohibited activities may be voided. The outcome of the review will be communicated in writing within 14 business days.
You may also close your own account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Any real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to your last used payment method following standard verification procedures.
10Intellectual Property
All content on the Game Slots platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, icons, text content, software code, odds data, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the property of Game Slots or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Game Slots platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Game Slots content without our express written permission.

11Disputes & Complaints

Disputes relating to specific bet settlements must be raised within 30 days of the settlement date. Game Slots will not consider disputes raised after this period. All dispute decisions made by Game Slots following the escalation process are final.
12Amendments to These Terms
Game Slots reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Game Slots platform after changes to these Terms and Conditions take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you may close your account as described in Section 9 before the changes come into force.
